| The successful NIGHT CHEF will report to the Head Chef, prepping and cooking food to a very high standard for JUMEIRAH LOWNDES HOTEL. You will have a passion for food and a desire to deliver the highest quality cuisine. You will be solely responsible for the running of the Kitchen during the night. Your duties will involve the preparation of room service orders, the set up of the morning breakfast buffet, and colleague food preparation. The ideal candidate will already have attained an NVQ in Food Preparation or a recognised equivalent, or be planning to undertake a qualification.
