Due to expansion our client is looking for a Senior Personal Injury claims handler to join their team. The ideal candidate will be utilising your technical ability coupled with your communication skills to ensure excellent customer service while handling Claims from Cradle to Grave up to a value of 100,000.Tasks will include responding to Personal Injury Claims in accordance with the defined business procedures, negotiate and settle Claims and associated losses within defined authority levels ensuring the interests of the company are protected at all times and respond to customers in a flexible manner. On a daily basis you will be required to manage your own portfolio of cases, collecting all relevant information to support a timely decision on liability and quantum. You will use the appropriate medium to negotiate Claims whilst ensuring the claims handling process is consistently applied. It is essential that applicants have previously held a similar position within an Insurance company, brokers or solicitors. We would like to see applications from claims handlers who have Personal Injury experience. You will also be a strong negotiator, have the ability to analyse information with good IT skills. Role Key points

  • This role is 100% commission based
  • Filed sales to independent convenience stores, off licences newsagent and petrol forecourts.
  • Sales target of signing 10 Stores to INStore Local Network.
  • Sales targets of 2 advertisements per week.

Dimensions of Role

Filed Agents will be primarily their local stores to the InStore Local Network and generating advertising from local; businesses to appear on the Media Screens within these stores. An agent is not restricted to selling advertising in just their local area. Field Agents can sell advertising to go on any Media Screen located in any store signed to the InStore Local Network.

  • Weekly  reporting to Sales Manager /Coordinator
  • Fortnightly meeting with Sales Manager / Coordinator
  • Quarterly meetings with all staff

Sales Target

2 Sales per week

1 Sale = 1 Local advertisement running for 52 week period in a 1 store, at a cost per Ad per week of £19.75 i.e. 104 advertisement sales per year at standard cost prices.

Commission

Commission will be paid at the going rate for all sales at the standard selling price or on a sliding scale where discounts are given.

Bonuses and incentives

These will be paid at the discretion of the company from time to time and will be based / linked to sales achievements
